To Apply:

  1. Fill out the form below
  2. Your bio and CV., including any contact information, in pdf form only!
  3. One copy of the entire score of the work, in pdf form. The score must have your name removed, including in the copyright notice. No need to apply a pseudonym, we apply an index number to each application submitted.
  4. One recording or midi realization of the work, also with your name omitted. This must be in mp3 form. (Please be patient as it may take up to 5-10 minutes for your mp3 to upload.)
  5. After submitting the form, click the link to PayPal and pay the $21 application fee.

Note: If your piece has a video component, please put the link to a webpage (myspace, youtube, etc) in your bio and on the first page of the score. The judges will then access the video while listening to the musical component of your submission. Email frank@leagueofcomposers.org or call 718-622-3005 for assistance. If you have technical problems with your entry please email Amanda Alic by clicking here.

Technical Note: Please limit the size of your mp3 to under 10MB. Please submit only one mp3, if your piece is in movements, combine them into one mp3. There are tools available online to help you do these things. Visit http://audacity.sourceforge.net/ (for both Windows and Mac) and http://www.goldwave.com/ (for both Windows).
