As an accomplished musician, teacher, composer, and collaborator, Trevor M. Morris enjoys sharing his musical talents with the Tampa Bay area. Trevor was the principal violist of the Hillsborough Community String Orchestra for two years and he currently plays with the South Shore Symphony Orchestra. He is the president of the Music Club at Hillsborough Community College Ybor City Campus and has studied viola with Kenneth Kwo of the Florida Orchestra. Trevor has met recent success as a composer and has exposed his music to a wider audience. He is a member of the International Society for Contemporary Music. Throughout the Spring of 2010, Trevor assisted in teaching the orchestra classes at Ben Hill Middle school while their orchestra director was out on maternity leave. He regularly revisits Gaither High School, as well as other middle and high schools, to work with their orchestras. Trevor is the violin & viola instructor at the Excel Music School in New Tampa and is a member of the Florida Music Educators Association and the National Association for Music Education.
